Every time Zilean uses an ability, experience gain of all nearby allied champions is increased by 8% during 5 seconds. This bonus is doubled for allies on lower levels than Zilean.
Summoners with experience gain pop-ups should note that the numbers displayed reflect the pre-modified experience earned.

Active: Zilean places a ticking time bomb on any unit, allied or enemy, which detonates after 4 seconds, dealing magic damage in a 330-unit area. Chronoblast slows an enemy champion or increases an ally champion's movement speed by 55% during the countdown. Bombs will detonate immediately if the holder dies or if another bomb is placed on them.
A ticking bomb will still detonate even if the carrier becomes untargetable. The carrier will still take damage unless they are also invulnerable, through effects such as Frozen Tomb or Zhonya's Hourglass.
Various champions that have abilities that make them untargetable can prevent the damage from Chronoblast, such as Vladimir, Elise, Fizz, Lissandra, Shaco, Fiora, Zed, Master Yi, or Maokai.

Active: Zilean reduces the cooldowns of all of his other abilities by 10 seconds. Reduces nearby allies cooldowns by 2 seconds.
Rewind cannot be learned at Level 1. That would be as silly as an armored bear.

Active: Zilean bends time in area of effect. If an enemy tries to leave Time Warp, it will blink to the center of the area instead.

The rune will not activate if the holder is killed by the Nexus Obelisk.
As Riot states, global range is just not desirable. Based myself on Janna's new innate, so Zilean should be a more dedicated support
Moved his current Q and E to an single ability and reduced ap scaling, making Chronoblast an utility spell rather than pure damage
I thinked about making Rewind more like Taric's Imbue (reduces both targeted ally and Zilean's cooldowns, with a higher reduction if Zilean targets himself), but it seemed unnecessary. What do you think?
About Time Warp, I tried to make it looks like what Zilean did to Crystal Scar. The idea is a moderate area of effect where the enemy can do anything but escaping - dashes or even Flash will trigger the blink effect. This can be properly used by skilled players to juke or dodge incoming skillshots.
His ultimate seems perfect, and actually is the sole good reason to play him. It remains unchanged.
