Every 15 seconds, Sakuya's next attack will stop time for it's target, doing magic damage equal to 10 + (5 x Level) + (100% bonus AD) and rendering them unable to perform any actions for 1.5 seconds. Using an ability will reduces the time between passive activations by 1 second.
Sense of Thrown Edge
COST: 70 / 65 / 60 / 55 / 50 Energy
ACTIVE: Throws 3 knives in a cone. Each knife will deal physical damage to the first enemy it hits. Enemies can be hit by multiple knives, but each knife beyond the first will have 70% decreased damage. The speed of the knives increases steadily as they fly. If all three knives hit the same enemy, Sakuya is refunded some energy.
ACTIVE: Sakuya places 5 knives that slowly circle around her. This ability can be reactivated to launch one of the knives towards the cursor. Alternatively, the key can be held to rapidly launch all of the knives. Sakuya must wait 0.5 seconds between launches. Unlaunched knives will vanish after 4 seconds. The knives will deal physical damage and apply a non-stacking slow to the first enemy they hit. When this ability ends, Sakuya is refunded 10 energy for each knife that was not launched.
ACTIVE: Sakuya alters time to vanish and re-appear at another location. Active knives from Dancing Star Sword will not follow Sakuya to her new location.

ACTIVE: Sakuya channels for 1 second and then alters time, rendering all units except for herself unable to perform any actions for 3 seconds. This ability will also freeze attacks and abilities in place, and stop the timers on cooldowns, abilities, buffs, etc.. While this ability is active, Sakuya may move and attack normally, but her projectiles will freeze the moment she launches them. When this ability ends, projectiles will resume travelling on their trajectories. Sakuya's non-ultimate abilities have their cooldowns refreshed upon the activation of Sakuya's World. Sakuya can re-activate this ability to end its effects early.
