Additionally, August gains critical strike chance equal to his cooldown reduction.

Active: August's next basic attack becomes a laser, piercing through his target, dealing the attack's damage to all enemies in a line. This attack does not utilize a projectile.
Active: August marks an enemy with Unstable Energy, which slows the target by 20% until it explodes after 2 seconds, dealing magic damage to all enemies in the blast (200 radius). Minions takes 50% damage.
Enemy champions caught in the explosion (excluding the original target) are also marked with Unstable Energy. August restores 15% of his missing mana for each mark reapplied. This can repeat indefinitely.
