2 new champion designs

While I was working for the past few days on building some tables and benches with my pops.

I came up with 2 new champion designs. One is a yordle called Brawl, the tank commander and the other one is an inventor from another world called Hank, the Iron Engineer.

Let's start with Hank. Hank is a hybrid caster, he heavily relies on his skill, deals both magic and physical damage, is very mobile but not very durable. He came from another planet via escape pod. On his planet he was convicted of a crime that he didn't do. He then escaped in space but was chased down by authorities. He then activated ship's auto destruction system and escaped via escape pod.

He landed near Noxus and was captured by Noxian forces that were led by Katarina. She was interested in obtaining the possible technology he knew about and possessed. That would place Noxus as powerhouse in Runethera. Soon after his capture and slow returning to Noxus Katarina's forces were ambushed by Demacian forces led by Garen and Lux. Garen and Lux were on a secret mission of gaining intel about new Noxus battalions that were conscripted recently.

Battle ensued and eventually Demacians defeated Noxus forces, Katarina was forced to take Hank hostage. As Katarina was about to state her demands they were suddenly teleported to the institute of war. As they were members of League of Legends summoners observed them and saw Hank. They knew his technology could severely destabilize the entire Runethera.

Hank's technology and knowledge were far superior to anyone's living in Runethera, but even stranger thing was that he knew nothing about magic. It appeared that magic on his planet never existed or that it was weak compared to Runethera's. Summoners decided to provide him with sanctuary within Institute of War. He then asked about his captor and Demacians, he was interested in their abilities that they used in battle. He learned about League Of Legends and he wanted to join. Summoners agreed and promised to Hank that they would seek the way to return him home.

He salvaged his escape pod, his engineer suit and all of his devices to make his battle suit that he would use in battle. With the help of Heimerdinger, who knew the ways Techmaturgy and Hextechnology.

And thus Hank, The Iron Engineer entered the League. But only one question remained. Does people on his home planet know that he is still alive? If they do, will they come for him?

==Abilities==
Adaptive Armor

For every 100 physical damage received, Hank will permanently gain 1 armor up to a cap of 20.

For every 100 magic damage received, Hank will permanently gain 1 magic resist up to a cap of 20.

For every 500 units traveled, Hank will gain 1 movement speed up to a cap of 30.

For every kill Hank will gain 1 attack damage and 1 ability power up to a cap of both 30 ability power and attack damage. Champion kills grant Hank 5 attack damage and ability power, assists grant 2 attack damage and ability power.

Active: Hank fires a bolt that deals magic damage. Each bolt fired will count as single spell cast. While firing Hank is stationary and can rotate to fire in other directions. As long as button is held Hank will continue to fire.

Radiation Burst

Active: Hank releases deadly radiation that poisons enemies and deals magic damage over 6 second to enemies, slows their movement speed and stops health, mana and energy regeneration for the duration of the debuff on enemies. Effects of lifesteal and spell vamp are halved.

  • Magic Damage Per Second: 10 / 16.67 / 23.33 / 30 / 36.67 (+ 15% AP)
  • Total Magic Damage: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 90% AP)

Active: When activated drastically increases Hank's attack speed and movement speed for 10 seconds. Additionally, Mana bolts travel faster and farther and Radiation burst has increased lasting for 2 seconds and wider range.

  • Movement Speed Bonus: 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% / 18%

Devastation

Active: Hank flies to the skies, then a small beacon appears where he will land, that beacon can be navigated to move landing spot over battlefield. After few seconds he will land dealing physical damage. Enemies are stunned for 1.5 seconds after impact and Hank is rooted for 0.5 second.

  • Physical Damage: 300 / 400 / 500 (+ 50% AD)(+ 50% AP)(+ 50% Total Armor) (+ 50% Total Magic Resist)
  • Diameter of AoE: 1400
  • Beacon Movement Speed: 800


When I designed Hank I had in mind a champion that can play on top, middle and bottom lane. As an adaptive champion. He can be a very good AD carry thanks to his Mana Bolts and Core Amplifier, he can be built as off tank and act as an assassin or he can focus on ability power and devastate his enemies with mana bolts and Radiation burst.


And now a word about Brawl, The Tank Commander. Brawl is ranged off tank. He is a yordle that wanted to join the army. Heimerdinger built him a tank and that's how he started to serve in Bandle city army.</p>

Tank Commander

Each point of armor gives Brawl 0.25 magic resist, each point of magic resist gives Brawl 0.25 armor. Can't stack with itself.



Heavy Weapons

Active: On leveling the ability, it gives you a choice to pick one of 3 weapons. Choice is between: macine gun, flamethrower and rocket. Machine gun deals physical damage to a single target, on level 3 machine gun reduces 30 armor +10% of targets total armor. Flamethrower deals magic damage in a 90 degree angle to all targets. On level 3 reduces 30 magic resist +10% of targets total magic resist. Rocket deals both physical and magic damage. On level 3 rocket gains a small knockback. All heavy weapons fire on every 4th basic attack but on level 5 every weapon can be fired manually.

Mine

Active: Deploys a mine where he currently stands. After 1 second mine stealths itself. When enemy steps on mine he will receive physical damage and will be knocked up. When mine is deployed it will immediately be armed.



Smoke Screen

Active: Brawl's tank lets out a smoke that makes him invisible. He can move and attack freely and will leave a smoke trail behind him. When allies go into smoke they also gain stealth until smoke clears. While inside smoke he gains armor and magic resist, allies only receive stealth. When enemy goes into smoke they would be able to see Brawl and everybody else in smoke.



Tank Rush

Active: Brawl fires a shell that propels him forward, doing physical damage to every target he collides and knocking it aside. Shell used for propelling will deal true damage in area (credits for Timdood3 and his suggestion for true damage) if it collides with enemy. second.
