I came up with this idea when I was playing Red Alert 2 and 3. I observed how prism towers function and I borrowed the idea of ligth refraction. This is the result champion.
Bibbo The Laser Gunner
Bibbo is ranged, yordle champion. His main role is marksman (I hate the word but hell, go with the flow). He is designed to poke enemies using his Refraction turret and to zap them from a range. His ultimate can turn the tide of a battle. There is a lot of focus in his Refraction turret since it will change all of his abilities if then interact with it.
|Every 4th consecutive basic attack on the same target will burn 10%/15%/20% of their total armor and magic resist for 3 seconds. When this occurs the effect can't occur on the same target for the next 8 seconds. Also, Bibbo's basic attack don't have travel time (lasers are cool, speed of light and stuff).
|(Active): After a 1.5 second casting time, Bibbo will project a laser beam which will damage all the units in its path. If it hits Refraction Turret, it will additionally damage the units around the Refraction turret in a 300 units radius.|
Damage: 20 / 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 (+0.65 per attack damage)
Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6
Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana.
|(Passive): If Bibbo hits the refraction turret with his basic attack, turret will refract the attack at the nearest enemy champion with lowest health in a 300 units radius. Also, when Bibbo is in the possesion of Refraction turret, enemies who are in 300 units radius will get shot every second passively by his turret.|
Damage Per Shot: 5 / 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 (+0.1625 per attack damage)
Leash Range: 1200
Cost: 50 mana.
Refraction Turret Callback
|(Active): Bibbo throws his Refraction turret from the back in the target area. Upon landing it will slow by 50% enemies that are caught in the landing zone. Enemies and allies can use movement displacement abilites to move the turret. Upon second activation the turret will teleport back to Bibbo. If Bibbo goes out of range, turret will automatically teleport back to him.|
Slow duration: 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 seconds.
|(Active): Throws a photon grenade that lets out a violent flash which damages oponents and blinds them.|
Blind duration: 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 seconds.
Damage: 75 / 130 / 185 / 240 / 295 (+0.60 per bonus attack damage)
Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11
Missile Speed: Same as Urgot's
Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 mana.
|(Active): After a brief delay, Bibbo locks onto a target enemy champion or Refraction Turret and channels for 2 second. While channeling, Bibbo gains true sight of the target. If Bibbo completes the channel, a laser from the sky will obliterate the 300 units area after a 0.5 second delay, dealing damage to all the champions. Enemies who are away from 300 unit epicenter but withing 300-500 units area will take 50% reduced damage. If Bibbo locks on the Refraction turret, turret will relay the beam onto nearest enemy champions withing 700 unit range spliting the beam AND DAMAGE at the number of champions. Bibbo can also target himself if he is in the possesion of Refraction turret.|

Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80
Range: 2500 / 3000 / 3500
Cost: 100 / 125 / 150 mana.
