Francis keeps a reserve of highly flammable chemicals with him at all times. Chemicals on the ground last for two seconds, and when set on fire cause any unit touching them to take 10 + (2 × level) magic damage every second for two seconds. This fire spreads to nearby chemicals at 400 units per second. Burning units ignite chemicals they stand on. The reserve starts at 100 units, gains 5 units every level, and refills at a rate of 5 units every second.

Active: Francis coats a stick in chemicals and throws it, dealing damage in a small area upon landing. The torch persists for 7 seconds, igniting nearby units.
Active: Francis lobs a jar of chemicals at a target 250 radius location, slowing all units hit and coating the ground with chemicals. Slowed units also leave a trail of chemicals behind them for the duration.

Active: Francis tethers himself to a target unit for 3.5 seconds, preventing either one of them from moving more than 300 units from the other. Displacement or movement abilities will break the tether but pull the other unit 75% of the distance the first one traveled, in the same direction. The leash also deals damage over it's duration.
Toggle: Francis equips a flamethrower, disabling his basic attacks and bathing a cone in front of him with fire, damaging and igniting all units hit every second. Flamethrower drains some chemicals every second and slows Francis's movement speed by 25, as well as preventing his chemical reserve from recharging while it is active.
