Inspired from a combination of U.R.F mode and Torchlight 2. Keltar has three abilities which deal reasonable damage, tough his W and E are on very long cooldowns. However, as he attacks he builds mana charge, and upon hitting maximum charge has a period where his spells gain massive CDR before self silencing him. His playstyle revolves around deciding when to overload for a massive burst of DPS, and when to stand back throwing spells.

Keltar's spells generate Mana Charge when they hit enemies. Keltar can have up to 100 mana charge, which decays at a rate of 10 per second if he has not cast a spell or basic attacked in the last seven seconds. Each point of Mana Charge grants 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 ability power and 0.2 / 0.3 / .4 / .5% movement speed.


Thunderbolt

Active: Keltar throws a fast moving thunderbolt which deals true damage to the first unit hit. At higher levels the thunderbolt splits upon hitting a target, shooting additional bolts spaced evenly around the target which travel 350 units and deal 60% damage.

Ball Lightning

Active: Releases a slow blast of electrical energy which strikes a target unit. After hitting a unit it will bounce to another unit within 300 units, though it will prioritize the last unit Keltar has damaged within 1000 units. Ball Lightning deals 50% damage in an area around it's target and to all targets it passes through.

  • Magic Damage: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 60% AP)

Vaporize

Active: Calls down a lightning bolt to hit a target 200 radius area after a short delay, dealing damage to all units hit and stunning them for half a second. Generates Mana Charge if it hits at least one target.

Overload

Passive: Keltar's basic attacks deal bonus physical damage equal to 20% of his ability power.

Passive: Upon reaching 100 Mana Charge, Keltar immediately resets his his cooldowns and overloads for seven seconds. While Overloading, Keltar cannot lose charge, gains cooldown reduction, and his spells become free to cast. When the overload ends, Keltar loses all of his charge and is silenced for a duration. He retains he movement speed boost from Mana Charge, which decays over the duration of the silence.

  • Silence Duration: 7 / 6 / 5
