My take on the ranged slowing adc type

As with the last few concepts I’ve put up, these are ideas I’ve been coming up with for a game which I’m helping work on. This is my take on the “frost archer” type of ranged dps champion, like Ashe or Drow from dota 2. Very utility-heavy, with strong damage, but relies very, very heavily on kiting.

Short backstory: her country goes to war and she wants to join, but can’t because she’s a girl. She disguises herself as a male and joins the military, and just so happens to be the best archer there.

Notes: The implementation i'm working on involves her passive being toggleable. Obviously, this does not work in league.

Abilities

Enchanted Arrowheads

Every 4 seconds, Sacha generates an enchanted arrowhead, up to a maximum of 4 / 6 / 8 / 10. Upon making a basic attack, if a charge is available, her next attack deals 15% AD bonus magic damage.


Grappling Hook
RANGE: 625
COST: 60 mana
COOLDOWN: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8

Active: Sacha launches a grappling hook in a straight line, damaging the first enemy unit it hits and tethering it to her for 4 seconds. During that time, neither Sacha nor her target can move more than 1200 range from each other, and are slowed by 50% when more than 1050 units away from each other. Sacha can reactivate this ability to break the tether early.

  • Damage: 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+ 100% AD)


Ice Shards
COST: 15 / 18 / 21 / 24 / 27 mana per attack

Toggle: Sacha’s basic attacks drain mana per hit to slow her target by 10% for 1 second. Additionally, Enchanted Arrowheads will slow the target by a larger amount.

  • Slow: 26 / 32 / 38 / 34 / 50


Concussive Bombs
RANGE: 625
COST: 90 mana + 1 bomb
COOLDOWN: 1

Active: Sacha places a bomb at a target location, which quickly becomes invisible. Bombs will detonate upon being attacked by any unit, damaging and knocking back enemies within 300 range of it. Sacha periodically creates a bomb, and can store one at a time.

  • Damage: 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 / 220 (+ 100% AP)
  • Maximum Bombs: 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 / 13


Deadly Precision
COST: 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 120 / 110 / 100

Passive: Improves the charge time for Enchanted Arrowheads, the range of Grappling Hook, the slow duration of Ice Shards, and the maximum number of Concussive Bombs stored.

  • Enchanted Arrowheads Charge Time: 3 / 2 / 1
  • Grappling Hook Range: 750 / 875 / 1000
  • Ice Shards Slow Duration: 1.5 / 1.75 / 2
  • Concussive Bombs Stored: 2 / 3 / 4

Active: Sacha’s basic attacks deal true damage for a duration.
