Mind Numb

Damaging an enemy unit with a spell prevents it from using any form of dash ability for two seconds. Additional hits will refresh the duration, but after three seconds Mind Numb will only reduce the range of dashes by 60% instead. Blinks and 'unstoppable' dashes are unaffected.

Casting a spell increases Reila's basic attack range by 125 for her next attack.

Active: Reila extends her blades forward in a decreasing cone towards a target point, damaging all enemy units hit. Units hit by the tip take bonus damage and are slowed by up to 70% while they move away from her. This slow increases the farther the target is from Reila, capping at 900 range, and is not applied while moving towards Reila.

  • Magic Damage: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 45% AP)

Active: Drives a target enemy champion to madness, causing it to take damage over time for four seconds. This damage is increased by 37.5% for each enemy champion within 450 range of the target. Reila gains 30% increased movement speed while moving towards the target, until she is within the damage range of Madness.

Enemies within 450 range of the target take half of the damage while they remain there.
