Damaging an enemy champion with a spell marks it for three seconds. Basic attacks against a marked target consume the mark to deal 10 (+ 15% AP) additional magic damage and reduce all of her cooldowns by one second.
Casting a spell increases Reila's basic attack range by 125 for her next attack.

Active: Reila extends her blades forward in a decreasing cone towards a target point, damaging all enemy units hit. Units hit by the tip take bonus damage and are slowed by up to 70% while they move away from her. This slow increases the farther the target is from Reila, capping at 900 range, and is not applied while moving towards Reila.
Active: Reila slashes the air, damaging units in a rectangular target area and immobilizing them very briefly. Units hit take bonus true damage from consecutive hits within seven seconds, stacking up to three times.
Active: Reila instantly enters stealth and gains the ability to pass though terrain while she is stealthed. She also gains increased movement speed for three seconds.

Active: Reila channels for one second to create an invisible rune on the ground at her feet. The rune can survive five attacks and remains until destroyed. There is a cap on the number of runes Reila can maintain at once: the oldest one will be destroyed when she tries to exceed it. The first time Reila casts Transit, the cooldown is reduced to 5 seconds.
