The attack speed change is multiplicative and ignores the attack speed cap. Movement speed is also affected multiplicatively. Channeled abilities channel in a modified amount of time, performing the same effects for lower or higher durations. The movement speed of projectiles is also affected, though their ranges and durations remain the same. Temporal Shift cannot influence it's own cooldown.
