If the total health she would revive with is less than 20% of her maximum health, she does not revive at all.
Dying while Phoenix Rising is on cooldown restarts it's cooldown.

Active: Adara channels for two seconds to incinerate enemies in a cone in front of her. All enemies hit take damage over the next four seconds, and the damage dealt over that duration is increased by 66% for each second spent in the blaze.

Active: Sets fire to the ground in a line away from Adara for three seconds. Enemies which stand on the burning ground take damage each second, and allies gain increased movement speed.
Ally Cast: Places a flaming mark on a target allied champion. After three seconds, the mark detonates to clear all crowd control effects on the ally, and damage nearby units. Knocks enemies back slightly if the ally is ranged.
Enemy Cast: Places a mark on an enemy unit, damaging it and slowing it for three seconds. When the slow expires, the mark explodes to damage and slow all other nearby enemies for one second. The initial target is not affected.

Active: Adara channels for two seconds, then releases a massive fireball in a target direction. Upon hitting an enemy champion the fireball explodes, dealing damage to the target and 75% damage to all nearby targets. The fireball accelerates over the first 1500 units it travels.
