Active: Pliny channels for 1 second while spinning his ears fast enough to create lift. After that he must keep moving in the direction of the cursor and deals physical damage per second to enemies around him for 3 seconds. While hovering Pliny has 15% increased movement speed. Pliny cannot attack or use other basic abilities while spinning, but can deactivate it early.
While spinning, summoner spells and item actives can still be used, with the exception of Crescent, the active portion of Tiamat and Ravenous Hydra.

If Pliny does not use Pop Out, he will pop up out of his cocoon and screech, causing all enemies in a 350 range to run in fear for 2 seconds and slowing their movement speed by 30% for 4 seconds.
Active: Pliny pops out of his cocoon dumbfounding nearby enemies in a 300 range area causing them to run in fear for 1.5 seconds.

Pliny uses his ears to grab a target enemy champion and dealing magic damage equal to 15% of target's current health. Pliny can cast this ability twice once activated but only 8 seconds after his first cast. The same enemy champion cannot be grabbed more than once every 4 seconds.
