Aliara can't use basic attacks. Instead, she uses her basic abilities to attack her enemies. Hitting at least one enemy with one of her abilities grants Aliara a stack of Chain Shot. Upon reaching 4 stacks, her next basic ability gains an additional effect. If Aliara has been out of combat for 5 seconds, she begins losing Chain Shot stacks at a rate of one stack per 2 seconds.

Active: Aliara fires an arrow from her bow at a target enemy unit, dealing physical damage to it. This ability can critically strike and applies on-hit effects.
Chain Shot: Aliara fires two additional arrows at her target, dealing bonus physical damage to it. Each hit can critically strike and applies on-hit effects.
Charged Shot: Aliara fires an arrow from her bow in a line, dealing physical damage to the first enemy champion hit. The arrow deals additional physical damage based on how far it travels. Horizon Arrow scales with ranks in Charged Shot.
Base Physical Damage: 50 / 100 / 150 (+ 100% AD)
Bonus Damage per 1000 Units: 30 / 45 / 60
Active: Aliara fires an enchanted arrow from her bow in a line, dealing magic damage to all enemies hit. This ability applies on-hit effects to the first enemy hit.
Chain Shot: The arrow explodes into a burst of lightning on the first enemy hit or at max range, dealing magic damage to all enemies within a 150-radius area of the target.
Charged Shot: Aliara fires an enchanted arrow from her bow in a line, dealing dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit and stunning it for 1.5 seconds. The arrow then continues, dealing reduced magic damage to all other enemies in its path and stunning them for 0.5 seconds. Paralytic Arrow scales with ranks in Charged Shot.
Passive: Each basic ability that hits at least one enemy reduces Charged Shot's cooldown by 1 second. The effect is doubled if at least one enemy champion is hit.
Active: Aliara channels to unleash her most powerful shot. Her next basic ability within 8 seconds becomes empowered.
Channel Duration: 2 / 1.5 / 1
Ability ranges are roughly equal in range to auto attack ranges that are 100 units shorter, hence Quick Shot's range is comparable to an auto attack range of 550 and so on.
1/A champion's attack speed is equal to the time between that champion's basic attacks, meaning that Aliara's basic abilities have the same cooldown as the delay between her basic attacks would have been.
