Anoria, the Magical Maniac is a custom champion in League of Legends. Rather than three basic abilities and one ultimate, she has four basic abilities like Udyr. This means she will end up with two abilities that lack one rank or one ability that lack two ranks.

Anoria gains Insanity when casting spells and loses 10 Insanity per second after being out of combat for 3 seconds. Upon reaching 100 Insanity, her cooldowns reset and her next spell will be empowered, but will go on a 90 / 80 / 70 / 60 seconds cooldown rather than its usual cooldown. The extended cooldown is not reset when reaching 100 Insanity. All Anoria's cooldowns are unaffected by cooldown reduction.
