If Jace has been out of combat for 5 seconds, he gains 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 stacks of Mana Reserve each second, up to a maximum of 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 500 stacks. If a nearby allied champion would consume mana that is less than or equal to the number of Mana Reserve stacks Jace has, Jace loses that many stacks instead.
Jace deals magic damage to a target enemy champion. For 5 seconds, the next spell that champion casts cost additional mana. If that champion doesn't use mana, it costs additional health instead of mana.
Jace creates a 250-radius zone that explodes after a 0.5 second delay, dealing magic damage to enemies in it that increases based on their missing mana. Enemies without mana are silenced for 2 seconds instead.
Jace targets an enemy champion and channels for 2 seconds, revealing that champion for the duration of the channel. After channeling, Jace takes control of the champion and causes it to be able to deal damage to and be dealt damage by its allied units. Any champion kills and assists that champion gets while controlled is given to Jace instead. Damage and disrupting crowd control on Jace will end the effect. Jace loses all his Mana Reserve stacks upon casting Mind Control.
