Savarri has two skill sets, one consisting of combat abilities and one consisting of utility abilities. Savarri uses the utility skill set if there are no visible enemy champions in a 1000-radius area around him and he has been out of combat for 3 seconds. All cooldowns of the utility skill sets are static and aren't affected by cooldown reduction.

Active: Savarri blast a target enemy with dark energy, dealing magic damage. If it kills that enemy, Savarri can activate the ability again within 1 second to teleport to where it died.
Active: Savarri links himself to an allied champion. For 3 seconds, that champion can click Savarri to teleport to his location once the duration ends.

COOLDOWN: 140 / 120 / 100
Active: Dark energy surrounds Savarri, dealing magic damage to all enemies within a 750-range area around him. All his beacons are also surrounded by energy, causing enemies near them to take the same amount of magic damage.

Maximum Damage: 450 / 750 / 1050 (+ 210% AP)

Active: Savarri creates a beacon that lasts 3 minutes at a target location. Savarri can click the beacon to warp to it after channeling for 3 seconds. Savarri can have at most 2 beacons at the same time.
