Active: Tidus strikes an enemy unit with a gust of air from his blade, dealing physical damage and knocking it back. If the attacked unit is a champion, all its abilities are put on a 2 second cooldown. Abilities that are already on cooldown have their current cooldowns increased instead.
Tidus jumps into the air above a target location, becoming untargetable. After 1 second, energy bolts rain down in a 500-radius area around him, dealing magic damage and blinding enemies hit for 2 seconds. Tidus then lands, dealing magic damage to enemies in the center of the area and stuns them for 0.5 seconds.
