Orein,The Hextech Sniper is a champion in League of Legends based on a Sniper themed champion.
Deadeye: Orein's basic attacks when 
critically striking deal 230% / 240% / 250% damage
Sniper: Orein stores 5 bullets in his Hextech Sniper. Orein cannot gain attack speed. He has a fixed attack speed . He cannot gain critical strike chance. Attack Speed Items increases his movement speed and critical strike chance items increases his reload speed.
Active: Orein shoots a high powered bullet in a direction. Enemies hit takes damage and get slowed by 30% and is revealed for 2 seconds.

Passive: Orein's basic attacks from bush deals increased damage
Active: Orein gains a burst of speed for 3 seconds. While this is active, Orein cannot attack or cast spells. Can be cast again to end early.

Passive: Attacking the same enemy three times will mark Sniper's Decree. Orein gains when attacking an enemy marked with Sniper's Decree and it also critically strikes.

Orein gains increased attack range for 7 seconds. While in this duration, Orein's next 5 basic attacks will critically strike and slow all enemies hit.
