Axiel and nearby allied champions gain bonus experience and gold when an enemy champion kills a minion, neutral monster or champion. The experience and gold received is 50% of what the enemy champion received.
If Axiel is alone, he gains 10% more of the amount.
If no nearby enemy champions are near, he gains 25% more experience and gold from any source and nearby allied champions gain 15% more.
COST: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana
ACTIVE: Axiel sends out a bolt of energy that hits the first enemy it comes in contact with, dealing magic damage. Upon hitting its target, the bolt bounces to nearby enemy units, dealing the same amount of damage. There is no limit to how many enemy units can be hit. Enemies hit wil be slowed for 1.5 seconds.
FIRST CAST: Axiel steals health, armor and magic resist from an enemy unit for 3 seconds, dealing magic damage. Axiel will store the received stats in his hard drive for 10 seconds, but will not initially benefit from these stats.
This ability has no cast-time and can be cast while moving. If not cast again within those 10 seconds, the stats are lost and this ability will go on half of the cooldown.
SECOND CAST: Axiel can either transfer these stats to an allied champion or use them himself, receiving the armor and magic resistance and is healed for 25% of damage done on the first cast. The bonus armor and magic resist lasts for 5 seconds.
Magic Damage: 100/125/150/175/200 (+75% AP)
Armor and Magic Resist: 10/15/20/25/30%
COST: 70/80/90/100/110 Mana
PASSIVE: The durations of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, silences, blinds and immobilizes cast on Axiel are reduced by 25%. Does not stack with Tenacity.
ACTIVE: Axiel scans the area, removing all debuffs on nearby allied champions and himself. Afterwards, Axiel and allied champions affected by this ability gain bonus movement speed for 2 seconds.
Bonus Movement Speed: 20/30/40/50/60%
COST: 100/150/200 Mana
ACTIVE: After a 2 second cast-time, Axiel hacks the nearby enemy team's hardrive, causing them to move around randomly at a decreased speed and preventing them from taking any action for 3 seconds. Afterwards, nearby enemy champions will receive magic damage.
