When receiving damage from enemy champions or monsters, Rukhamun shields himself with the sands of the desert, gaining a shield that protects him for 100 + (20 x level) damage. The shield gains 30 / 60 / 90 more strength for each enemy champion within range. Has an internal cooldown of 12 seconds that is reduced by 1 second each time he takes damage.

Active: Rukhamun empowers his next basic attack, dealing modified physical damage and magic damage in a 200 degree radius. The target is also stunned for 0.5 seconds. The modified attack damage and magic damage are independent.
Passive: Rukhamun gains damage reduction when this ability is on cooldown

Active: Rukhamun surrounds himself with a raging sandstorm for 5 seconds, shielding him from incoming damage. Allied champions can enter his sandstorm, gaining the shield as well. The sandstorm deals magic damage per second and intercepts all enemy projectiles.
Desert Tempest is automatically activated during Awakening's duration and goes on half of its cooldown afterwards.
Rukhamun manipulates a target area and turns it into quicksand. Enemy units that walk through it are slowed by 60% for 5 seconds. The slow is increased over the duration up to a maximum 98% slow. The affected area also deals magic damage per second.
Rukhamun unleashes his true power, knocking away surrounding enemy champions and automatically casting Desert Tempest. For 10 seconds, Rukhamun gains bonus health and attack damage, and his basic abilities gain additional effects.
