If Sam remains idle when near an allied structure for 5 seconds, that structure will heal 1.5% of its maximum health per second. When a structure falls, Sam then converts the ruins of the structure into a device which, when allied units walk around it, grants 50 / 70 / 80 % increased movement speed for 3 seconds and slows enemy units by 20 / 40 / 60 % for 3 seconds.
Hextech Scout Drones
COST: 65 mana

Passive: A Hextech Scout Drone hovers around Sam, dealing magic damage equal to 10 / 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 (+ 20% AP) every 1.5 seconds to enemy units Sam is attacking.
Shield Strength per drone: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 5% maximum health)
Total Shield Strength: 120 / 200 / 280 / 360 / 440 (+ 15% maximum health)
Active: After a brief channel, Sam forges an extra Hextech Scout Drone. Sam can forge up to 2 more Scout Drones, up to a total of 3, including Sam's original drone. The extra Hextech Scout Drones provide a shield for Sam, absorbing damage equal to a base amount and a percentage of Sam's maximum health. When the shield is broken, the extra Drones will die.
If Sam has all 3 of his Drones, Sam can command each Drone to fire a laser, dealing magic damage in a line. Each of the three lasers have a 1.5 second interval between each cast.
COST: 100 mana
Active: Sam straps a Photon Bomb unto one of his currently active Drones (except his original one). Sam can then command the drone to move to a target location, exploding afterwards after 8 seconds or when this ability is cast again. Deals magic damage to the area and the Drone will die instantly.
Sam can also strap a Photon Bomb to an enemy structure, but deals modified magic damage and goes on a 25 second cooldown instead.
COST: 125 mana
Active: Sam's Drone lifts him into the air, allowing him to fly over terrain for 6 seconds, but moves at a decreased speed. Sam cannot use any of his abilities while airborne, but he provides vision in a large area below him. During this time, Sam is considered untargetable and therefore cannot receive damage (except for a few special cases) After landing, Sam gains increased movement speed for 2 seconds.
Movement speed: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 %
Sam's Drones can still attack enemy units during this time, but deals 7% less damage for each Drone.
Hextech Omega Cannon
COST: 120 mana
Active: Sam summons and mounts his greatest creation, the Hextech Omega Cannon for 10 seconds or until Sam has used up all his ammo for the cannon. Sam cannot move, use basic attacks nor cast any of his abilities during this time, but he gains 40% damage reduction. Within that time, Sam can fire the cannon 5 times, dealing physical damage and slowing enemies by 35% for 3 seconds. If Sam has all three of his Drones active, they will encircle the Cannon and form a barrier, dealing magic damage each second to enemies within 400 range.
