Clarity

For her passive, Think of Jayce's W while in Hammer Form. For her Q, think of Zyra's E, except, it stops after hitting an Enemy Champion. For her W, think of Lux's E, except it cannot be reactivated, and focuses a lot more on it's persistent Slow.
