Elsa the Snow Queen is a custom, movie-inspired, and probably not-going-to-happen champion in League of Legends.
Casting an ability give Elsa 50% bonus movement speed and unitwalking for 0.5 second. All of her abilities also able to be cast while moving.
Active: Elsa releases a gust of chilling wind in a cone, hastening allies and slowing enemy for 1 seconds. Enemy that face Elsa will be slowed for doubled amount and duration. Allied that turn away from Elsa will recieve doubled movement speed amount and duration.
Casting Chilling Wind through Ice Fortress will turn it into ice wall. The wind then push Ice Fortress away from Elsa for 1000 range, dealing damage and dragging all enemy along with it before melt down.

Active: Elsa summons a small snow barrier at target location, slow enemy that attempt to move through it for 1 second. Ice Fortress lasts forever, but Elsa can have only 3 Ice Fortresses at a time.

Active: Elsa covers target area in a violent blizzard, slow and damage all enemies inside every second. Enemy that come in contact with the blizzard will be blinded for 1.5 seconds. Blizzard lasts 5 seconds.

Active: Elsa unleashes a stream of ice around her, strike nearby enemies in their heart. Frozen Heart stuns all nearby enemy and curse them for 10 seconds. Enemy takes damage every second while the curse is active. If cursed enemy's health falls below threshold, it will take instant damage and stun, remove the curse in the process.
Ice Fortress hit by Frozen Heart will become a path of icicles which strike away from Elsa for 500 range, damage and knock enemy hit into the air for 0.75 second.
