Stacy attack her enemy with explosive magic which requires time to activate. Mark attacked enemy for 3 seconds. After the mark explode, target will take true damage equal to 1.5% of maximum health. Attack enemy tagged with the mark will add another mark and reset its timer. Maximum of 2 mark.
Enemy cannot be hit by Delayed Blast within 7 seconds after the mark explode.

Active: Launches an enhanced bullet which will bind target enemy with nearby enemy, neutral monster or wall. Both will take initial damage and rooted for 1.25 seconds. The shackle will then remain between the two for a few seconds. An attempt to go beyond fixed range will causes the shackle to snap, bring the two closer to each other, damage and stun them both for 1.25 seconds.
If target is alone, this ability will only slow target for 1.25 seconds. Half amount of the cost will be refunded and the cooldown will be reduced for 50%.
