  • Duration decreased to 2 seconds from 10.

  • Now grants untargetability for the duration until your champion attacks or casts an ability.
Exhaust.png Exhaust
  • Now decreases the target's movement speed, attack speed, cast speed and damage output by 50% for 2 seconds.
Barrier.png Barrier
  • Now increases your hitbox size by 100 and decreases all damage received by 80% for 2 seconds.
Teleport.png Teleport
  • Channel duration decreased to 3 seconds from 4.5.
  • Reveals the unit receiving the teleport to enemies in sight range.
  • Cancel cooldown decreased to 180 seconds from 200.
Cleanse.png Cleanse
  • Now grants crowd control immunity for 2 seconds, from 65% tenacity for 3 seconds.
Ignite.png Ignite
  • Now negates all self-healing the target receives, then deals 2% of target's maximum health true damage every 0.25 second for 2.5 seconds.
Clairvoyance.png Clairvoyance: Reintroduced.
  • Now reveals the entire map for 2 seconds, and reveals camouflaged champions as well as spotting invisible champions' silhouettes for the duration.

Champions automatically learn their ultimate abilities at level 6, 11 and 16.

Aatrox Aatrox
  • Blood Well.png Blood Well
    • Blood Well maximum modified to 99 - 1000 (based on level) from 105 - 870 (based on level).
    • Blood Well decay increased to 50% per second from 2%. Aatrox now heals for 50% of the Blood Well's decaying health.
    • Maximum attack speed changed to 50% at all ranks from 30 - 55 (based on level)%.
    • Get in Line: Stasis duration decreased to 2.5 seconds from 3.
    • Healing modified to 26 - 400 (based on level) from 37 - 305 (based on level).
      • Maximum healing modified to 125 - 1400 (based on level) from 142 - 1175 (based on level).
  • Dark Flight.png Dark Flight
    • Enemies too close to Aatrox are knocked a short distance away from him.
  • Blood Thirst.png Blood Thirst / Blood Price.png Blood Price
    • Aatrox now marks enemies with Blood Thirst or Blood Price according to the skill he has on. Applying Blood Thirst or Blood Price on a target will clear the other mark on them.

    • Slow duration decreased to from 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 / 2.75.
  • Massacre.png Massacre: Retooled.
    • Particles updated for both activation and enhanced auto-attacks.
    • Aatrox now draws in the blood of nearby enemy champions, slowing them by 30 / 50 / 70%, decaying over 0.5 second and dealing 10 / 15 / 20% of their current health as magic damage, regaining health equal to the damage dealt and filling his Blood Well by the same amount. For the next 15 seconds, Aatrox gains 80 / 120 / 160 movement speed when moving towards enemy champions, and nearby allies (700 range) gain 20% movement speed when moving towards enemy champions (1400 range), as well as 1% life steal for each 1% health they are missing, halved for ranged units.
Ahri Ahri

    • Base health decreased to 555 from 587.8.
    • Base health regeneration decreased to 6.95 from 8.34.
    • Attack damage increased to 62 ( + 3) from 58.376 ( + 3.2). Attack damage at level 18 increased to 113 from 112.776.

Bard Bard

Bard has been in a tough spot from release, as his role requires him to regularly roam out of bot lane to pick up chimes. Tweaks to Caretaker's Shrine and buffs to AP scalings should give him the little push he needs.

    • Caught'em all: Chimes disappear and stop spawning when Bard has collected 150.
    • Chime fled: Enemy champions can step on chimes to destroy them.
    • Meeps damage modified to 45 ( + 25 for each 10 chimes collected), up to 420 for 150 chimes from 30 - 465 (based on chimes).
    • Meeps damage is now halved for enemies hit by the cone to 20 ( + 15 for each 10 chimes collected), up to 245 for 150 chimes.
    • Meeps slow is now 50%, decaying over 1 - 3.5 (based on chimes) seconds, halved to 25% for enemies hit by the cone.
  • Cosmic Binding.png Cosmic Bind
    • Disable duration increased to 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 seconds.
    • AP scaling increased to ( + 80% AP) from 65%.

    • Cast time decreased to 0.5 second from 0.7 second. Projectile travel time increased to 0.5~1.5 second from 0.3~1.3 second.

Blitzcrank Blitzcrank

Blitzcrank is currently extremely binary: either you land hooks, or you don't and you're near useless. He also has that tendency to take kills from his team while dropping his combo on his unfortunate victim.

Smite.png Smite has been taken off of the Summoner Spell list, where it prevented junglers from having an actual meaningful choice, since one of their options was locked on it, while the second one was most likely Flash.png Flash.
All jungle items had their selling value decreased to 40% of their cost from 70%.
Hunter's Machete item.png Hunter's Machete:
  • Cost increased to 500 gold from 300.
  • Nail: Basic attacks against monsters now deal 30 ( + 3% maximum health) bonus physical damage and restore the same amount as health.
  • Bonus experience is now treated as Unique Passive - Hunter.

  • Challenging Smite mark duration reduced to 5 seconds from 6.
  • Challenging Smite now deals 20% of your damage as bonus true damage to the marked enemy.
