Active	Unique: Inflicts target enemy champion with Grievous Wound, causing 50% reduced healing and regeneration for 8 seconds (20 second cooldown).

Purgatory is a suggested Legendary item.

Purpose

This item is an alternative (AD) upgrade route for the Stinger and the only one for Executioner's Calling, being a fusion of both. In the hands of a capable carry this becomes a great tool for punishing fed enemy champions. It can also be used to prevent an enemy from recalling or entering stealth (ex. Teemo).
