Critical Strikes

Hello people,

This'll be my first blog post, so please don't be hard if you dislike it. And yes, this is another blogpost about critical strikes. And no, I don't know if it's an original idea that I have, but that doesn't stop me from sharing it with you.

First a little background. Riot deleted some chance mechanisms in the past few years(like dodge) and they didn't even implement a damage range(your basic attacks do fixed damage with x AD, not between x-y and x+y damage) If there were more, I don't know about them. I heard that the reason for this is that it would become a game that's more skill-based then luck based. That's a reasonable explenation. The only 2 luck based factors in the game are Critical Chance and Sions passive(but he's getting reworked). That leaves only Critical chance.

I don't want to replace it with a counter-mechanism, leave that to Caitlyn. My idea was to change the mechanism and make it an Unique passive on the items.

First the mechanism: Change Critical Chance into bonus AD. Not a flat ammount, but a scaling ammount like Rivens Ult. Like a Rabadon's Deathcap, only for AD.

Second the unique passive: This prevents stacking the items and making Flat-AD items obselete. It would still be stacking with champion abilities. These changes would also mean some champions who have innate critical chance get a small rework.

What's your call on these changes, do they seem like a good idea or just crap.
