When Effige moves, he leaves a string behind him in the form of a trail. Effige gains 10/15/20 movement speed when walking on the trail.
Additionally, if an enemy steps on the trail it becomes visible for 3 seconds.
The maximum length of the trail is 6000 units, and it decays 200 units in a second if Effige stands still.

Active: Effige lashes a magical string forward, damaging enemies in line. This ability ignores 20% of the targets magic resistance, with the percentage dropping by 5 for every consequent enemy hit.
Damage: 60 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (+ 80% AP)
COST: 100 mana
Active: Effige throws his string forward in a line. It will hit the first enemy it encounters and continue forward until it hits another one, dealing damage. If only a single enemy is hit, Effige pulls it closer for half the distance. If two enemies are hit, they are slammed to each other and stunned for 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. The second enemy receives 20% less damage.
If an enemy has stepped on your passive trail within three seconds, it will get snared for 1.5 seconds if this ability is cast. This effect has infinite range.

COST: 140 mana
Active: Effige tethers the target enemy for 3 seconds. If the enemy stays within the range, it gets feared and is dealt damage over time over 2 seconds. All enemies near the target receive half of this damage.

COST: 150 Mana
Effige throws a mass of strings forward in a 80 degree cone. All enemies within this area are marked with Effiges passive and Effiges next ability will become stronger and affect everyone within the cone. Effige is rooted until he casts an ability.
Casting Q: All enemies in the area are dealt the damage without the penetration reduction. This ability will now ignore 50% of the magic resistance.
Casting W: All enemies in the area are pulled together, dealing full damage to each. All enemies are stunned for the normal duration. If any enemy outside the cone steps on the passive trail, it becomes rooted for 3 seconds.
Casting E: All enemies are affected by the ability and it activates instantly without the tether, and it deals extra damage for 10% of the targets Attack Damage. Effige is rendered immobile for the duration as it is difficult to manipulate many targets simultaneously.
