But the new, improved Visage is an extremely strong item for almost any toplane bruiser. This is the cost analysis from the wiki on the item which costs a total of 2750g.
- 400 health = 1056g
- 55 magic resist = 1100g
- 20% cooldown reduction = 644g
- 20 health regen + 4 (from passive) = 864g
- Total Gold Value = 3664g
The analysis doesn't even account for further health regen possible of your champ is abusing the increased self-healing unique passive.

The current Calling is a weird item. It builds out of critical strike and attack damage items, which encourages it to be built on champions who can benefit from these stats. Champions who would benefit would be high attack speed ADCs who sharply raise their lategame autoattack DPS with AD and Crit.
Yet the stats provided by EC are not nearly slot efficient enough to secure a slot in a 6-item ADC build even though the passive scales extremely efficiently (imagine halving the healing of a or ).
A possible solution is to change the item's build path to incorporate more beneficial stats for a late game build.
