Razor, The Shapeshifter is a custom champion. He wears a simple cloak with the hood pulled down. His left arm is constantly shifted to a bird wing, which he can swing to flick a razor-sharp feather for his basic attack. Razor himself was born Demacian but took to the road to wander amongst the kingdoms once he was old enough. He encountered many people, some aggressive, some not, and spoke of politics where he was able. It was when he gave his left arm to protect those he cared about from a pack of Murk Wolves that he was considered for the League. He made up for the loss of his arm by turning the stump into a full fledged wing with sharp feathers, adopting the name Razor as a result. In the Rift, he's a complex champion who's difficult to predict but easy to deal with.

Abilities

As Razor grows more powerful, his transformations come easier, lowering the time remaining between his basic transformations. 0-17% CDR (based on level) on his basic abilities. Additionally, Razor's abilities may be cancelled early for a reduced cooldown of up to 50% (scales with CDR) based on how many basic attacks remain: Dragon's Claw may only receive a 33% reduction.

The scales of the Amalgamation strengthen Razor's body, granting him additional Armor and Magic Resist. Template:Pp18

Active: Razor shifts his eyes to that of a hawk, granting him a total of 5000 range. These effects last for a few basic attacks. This ability cannot be activated while Dragon's Claw is active.

Active: Razor detects weak points on his foes, granting him additional critical for 1 second

Critical Chance Increase: 10% / 20% / 30% / 40% / 50%

Active: Razor shifts his right hand to the paw of a dragon, increasing his AD though having a melee range of 145 for a single basic attack. This ability cannot be activated while Hawk's Eye is active.

AD Increase: 100% / 130% / 160% / 190% / 220%

Active: Razor strikes the earth in front of him, knocking up and slowing enemies hit

Damage: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 +20% Bonus AD
Slow: 25% / 27.5% / 30% / 32.5% / 35%

Active: Razor shifts his entire body with the agility of a gazelle at the cost of some strength, increasing his movement speed by 10%, doubling his attack speed, and reducing his AD by 30% for a certain amount of basic attacks

Number of attacks: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30

Active: Razor leaps forward, inflicting damage in an area around where he lands.

Razor combines bits and pieces of his known transformations to make himself generally stronger for a certain time, increasing his AD, movement speed, attack range, and attack speed for a duration. His abilities change to the secondary abilities during this period
