Welcome to my entry for CCC1. I know, this one sucks.

Flan's abilities have no cost related to them and their use is limited only by cooldowns and his secondary resource, Mirror Image (colored cyan). Flan starts with 0 stacks and gains one every 4 seconds. Each of his abilities consume one stack.


Flan's autoattacks have a 10 / 15 / 20% chance to make the next autoattack of the hit enemy miss.

Ghost Storm
RANGE: 650

Active: Flan slams his halberd into the target location, dealing physical damage and slowing hit enemies by 20% for 3 seconds. If Ghost Storm is cast again in 5 seconds, an illusion will cast it and deal less AoE damage. Ghost Storm can only be casted 3 times every 8 seconds.


  • Illusion damage: 42 / 49 / 56 / 63 / 70 (+ 25% AD)
Ability Details
Rift is a ground-targeted area of effect.

Additional Information:

  • Ghost Storm's illusions disappear after finishing the spell.

Sensory Flaw
COOLDOWN: 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 / 15

Active: Flan gains 20% movement speed for 7.5 seconds. During this time, he goes invisible for 0.5 seconds every 1.5 seconds. The effect ends after Flan attacks, dealing bonus physical damage.

Ability Details
Sensory Flaw is a self-buff.

Fake Slash
RANGE: 550
COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10

Active: Flan teleports to the target unit, dealing AoE physical damage in a cone around the target. Flan then teleports back to his location before he casted the ability.

Ability Details
Fake Slash is a coned area-of-effect.

Additional Information:

  • Fake Slash applies on-hit effects (including Sensory Flaw's bonus damage) to the targeted champion.

Illusory Travel
RANGE: 700
COST: 170 mana

Active: Flan slows the target champion for 20% that increases to 99% over 2 seconds. If the channel succeeds, he and the targeted champion swaps places. The target champion then gets slowed by a set amount that decays over 2 seconds.

  • Slow: 50 / 60 / 70% (+ 1% per 80 movement speed)
Ability Details
Illusory Travel is a single targeted blink with a buff and debuff component.

Additional Information:

  • If the target champion moves more than 1100 units away from Flan, the channel is cancelled and put on a 10 second cooldown.

"Light, why did you call W Sensory Flaw but it doesn't debuff enemies?

  • It's an illusion that they're being debuffed. :P

"Why did you not give R something like an AP stat?"

  • Why the heck would people build AP just to get more slow?
  • At least you have innate movespeed. FREE ULT SCALING!
