Random changes about summoner spells

That's just something I would call "if I were the guy who worked alone on the game, I would do that", so: you can now have a third (G key) summoner spell (optional)

New Summoner Spells
  • Empowered Recall.png Shielded Recall
    • Inspiration: Smite (Protected Recall)
    • Available at summoner level 1
    • Channel for 4 seconds (2.25 seconds in Dominion) and teleport back to the fountain after the channel is completed. The channel cannot be interrupted by any external means.
    • 180 sec cooldown
    • Summoner's Insight mastery 2013.png Summoner's Insight: Reduces the cast time by 0.5 second (0.25 seconds in Dominion)
  • Fortify.png Fortify
    • Inspiration: DotA (Glyph of Fortification)
    • Available at summoner level 4
    • Unavailable on Crystal Scar
    • Grants invulnerability to all allied turrets for 5 seconds. Cooldown is triggered for all member of the team who have it.
    • 300 sec cooldown
    • Summoner's Resolve mastery 2013.png Summoner's Resolve: Turrets attacks 100% faster for the duration.
  • Rally.png Rally
    • Inspiration: Smite (Girdle of Might)
    • Available at summoner level 6
    • Increases nearby friendly champions' attack damage by 10 - 35 for 15 seconds.
    • 210 sec cooldown
    • 850 range
    • Summoner's Wrath mastery 2013.png Summoner's Wrath: Also grants 20 - 70 ability power.
  • Sightstone item.png Eyes of Sight
    • Inspiration: Smite (Eye of Providence)
    • Available at summoner level 8
    • Place a Ghost Ward item.png Ghost Ward at the target location that lasts for up to 60 seconds.
    • 60 sec cooldown
    • 500 range
    • Summoner's Insight mastery 2013.png Summoner's Insight: Increase ward's duration by 30 seconds.
  • Zhonya's Hourglass item.png Stasis
    • Inspiration: Smite (Aegis Amulet)
    • Available at summoner level 10
    • Champion becomes invulnerable and untargetable for 1.5 seconds, but is unable to move, attack, cast spells, or use items during this time.
    • 180 sec cooldown
    • Summoner's Resolve mastery 2013.png Summoner's Resolve: Increase duration by 1 second.
