When an enemy minion or neutral monster dies near Teshckril, all of his cooldowns are reduced by 1 second (doubled for large minions and monsters). Getting a kill, an assist or having an enemy champion die within the range will reduce them by 5 seconds.
Active: Rips away part of the target's soul, dealing magic damage and stunning it for 1 second. This also grants Teshckril a Soul fragment that will orbit around him, up to 3. Teshckril's other abilities will consume all Soul fragments for an additionnal effect. All fragments are lost upon death.
Active: Teshckril channels for up to 4 seconds, unleashing 40 souls in a 60° cone over the duration in a semi-random pattern. Each souls deals magic damage to each enemy it collides with as it flies to its freedom. Minions and monsters takes 33% damage.

Maximum damage: 600 / 800 / 1000 (+160% AP)
Soul Collision Radius: 150
Each Soul fragment consumed will increase the cone angle by 30° (max: 150°) and add 20 souls. A single enemy can only be damaged by 40 souls.
