Lately I've been complaning to my self why Riot dosen't buff that, nerf that ect. So I decided to make a list over changes I'd like to see ingame. I would love comments on what you think about my "changes". (I will add why I would like to see the different changes later)


Soraka

Consecration

Increases surrounding allies' magic resistance by 5 / 10 / 17 / 23 / 25


  • Aura Radius: 650


Infuse
RANGE: 725
COST: 40/30/20/10/No Cost
COOLDOWN: 10
Infuse

Active – On ally cast: Restores mana to the target champion. Soraka cannot use Infuse on herself.

  • Mana Restored: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 20% AP)

Active – On enemy cast: Silences the target and deals magic damage to it.

  • Magic Damage: 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 300 (+ 40% AP)


  • Silence Duration: 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds


SorakaSquare Changes to Soraka 

Consecration.png Consecration

  • Changed from a flat 16 magic resist to scaling magic resist by 5 / 10 / 17 / 23 / 25 
  • Increased range from 500 to 650

Infuse.png Infuse

  • Increased mana cost from 0 to 40 / 30 / 20 / 10 / No Cost 
  • Increased mana scaling from 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 to 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200(+ 40% AP) 
  • Increased silence duration from 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 seconds to 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds 
  • Decreased magic damage from 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (+ 60% AP) to 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 300 (+ 40% AP) 

Change Reason : Giving Soraka a buff for late game and increasing her potentional as a support, while removing some of that carry damage.


Zyra

Rise of the Thorns
RANGE: 1500 (estimate)

Upon death, Zyra returns to her plant form. After 2 seconds, she can use any ability to fire a Vengeful Thorn towards her cursor, dealing true damage to every enemy it strikes.

  • Duration of Plant Form: 8 seconds


  • true damage: 90 + (10 x level) (+ 15% AP)

Grasping Roots
RANGE: 1100
COST: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 mana
COOLDOWN: 12
Grasping Roots old

Active: Sends forward vines, dealing magic damage and rooting enemies hit for a short duration.

  • Magic Damage: 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+ 50% AP)


  • Root Duration: 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5

Rampant Growth: If Grasping Roots hits a seed, a Vine Lasher grows. Vine Lashers have a short ranged attack that also slow an enemy hit for 2 seconds.

  • Magic Damage Vine Lasher: 26 + (6 × level) + (+ 20% AP)


  • Duration: 10


  • Attack Speed: 0.800


  • Vine Lasher Range: 400


  • Vine Lasher Slow: 20/25/30/35/40%


ZyraSquare Changes to Zyra  Rise of the Thorns.png Rise of the Thorns

  • Increased damage from 80 +20 per level to 90 +10 per level (+ 15% AP) 

Grasping Roots.png Grasping Roots

  • Decreaced root duration of Grasping Roots to 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 from 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75
  • Changed Vine Lasher slow from flat 30% to a scaling slow of 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%

Change Reason : Zyra's passive is atm only weaker than kog'maws passive, in everyway (it's harder to aim with, does less damage and uses 2 secs to be ready to attack). Her Vine lasher has nerfed early slow, but as you usualy want to upgrade grasping roots, it will quickly give a small buff. I decreased the root to make up for the slow buff.

Zed

Death Mark
RANGE: 625

COOLDOWN: 130 / 100 / 70
Death Mark

Active: Zed becomes untargetable and dashes to target enemy champion. Upon arrival, he marks the target for death and spawns a living shadow behind the target. This shadow lasts 4 seconds and mimics Zed's abilities and stalk the targeted enemy champion. Reactivating Death Mark will cause Zed to switch positions with this shadow.


After 3 seconds, the mark will detonate, dealing physical damage equal to 100% of Zed's attack damage plus a percentage of all magic and physical damage dealt to the target by Zed and his shadows while the mark was active.

  • Bonus Physical Damage: 100% total AD + 20 / 35 / 50% of damage dealt


ZedSquare Changes to Zed  Death Mark.png Death Mark

  • Changed Cooldown from 120/100/80 to 130/100/70
  • The Shadow now stalks the targeted enemy champion

It's mark of DEATH so, i guess the shadow should follow em for the 4 secs, so they cant escape compleately (however this makes you less able to escape with your ult and more dependent to be skillfull with your normal shadow).

Darius


THEY ACCTUALY DID SOMETHING LIKE THIS, SO I GUESS I CAN REMOVE THIS. THOUGH I'LL LET IT STAY, INCASE SOMEONE WANTS TO SEE MY IDEA. (THIS WAS MADE BEFORE 3.03)


Hemorrhage
Hemorrhage

Darius' basic attacks and damaging abilities cause enemies to bleed for 10 / 20 / 30 (+ 35% Bonus AD) magic damage over 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. Darius gains 5% movement speed for each bleeding enemy champion.


Noxian Guillotine
RANGE: 475
COST: 150 Mana
COOLDOWN: 100
Noxian Guillotine

Active: Darius leaps to target enemy champion and strikes a lethal blow, dealing true damage.

  • True Damage: 80 / 160 / 320 (+ 50% Bonus AD)

For each stack of Hemorrhage on the target, Noxian Guillotine deals an additional 10% damage. If the target is killed the cooldown of Noxian Guillotine is set to 10 seconds (this cooldown does not stack with cooldown reduction) and increasing Darius' and nearby allies' movespeed by 40% for 3 seconds

  • Maximum True Damage: 120 / 240 / 480 (+ 75% Bonus AD)
  • Movespeed Buff Range: 500 / 550 / 600

  • Changed damage over time from 12 - 36 (based on level) to 10 / 20 / 30
  • Changed Bonus AD stacking from 30% to 35%

Noxian Guillotine.png Noxian Guillotine

  • Now goes down on 10 seconds cooldown insted of 0 cooldown when it kills the target.
  • Grants a 40% movespeed buff for 3 seconds if it kills the target.

Skarner

Fracture

Active: Skarner deals magic damage to all enemies in a line and marks them for 6 seconds. If Skarner damages a marked target (consuming the mark) or Fracture kills an enemy, Skarner heals himself. Each heal after the first heals half of the previous trigger until Fracture is used again.

  • Magic Damage: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 30% AP) (+ 0.80% / 1.60% / 2.40% / 3.20% / 4% of Skarner's maximum health)
  • Heal: 10 (+ 2% / 2.25% / 2.5% / 2.75% / 3% of Skarner's maximum health) (+ 25% AP)
  • Maximum Heal: 20 (+ 4% / 4.50% / 5% / 5.5% / 6% of Skarner's maximum health) (+ 50% AP)


Impale
RANGE: 350

Impale

Active: Skarner suppresses a target enemy champion for 2 seconds, dealing magic damage to the targeted champion. For the duration, Skarner can move freely and will drag his victim around with him. At the end of the suppression, the target takes the same damage again.

  • Magic damage: 75 / 150 / 225 (+ 50% AP)
  • Total damage: 150 / 300 / 450 (+ 100% AP)

  • Changed damage from 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 70% AP) to 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 30% AP) (+ 0.80% / 1.60% / 2.40% / 3.20% / 4% of Skarner's maximum health)
  • Changed heal from 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+ 30% AP) to 10 (+ 2% / 2.25% / 2.5% / 2.75% / 3% of Skarner's maximum health) (+ 25% AP)

  • Increased cooldown from 130 / 120 / 110 to 150 / 140 / 130
  • Changed Damage from 100 / 150 / 200 (+ 50% AP) to 75 / 150 / 225 (+ 50% AP) (+ 50% Bonus AD)
  • Changed duration from 1.75 seconds to 2 seconds

Quinn

Heightened Senses
RANGE: 2100 (1100 stealth dectection)
COST: No cost
COOLDOWN: 50 / 45 / 40 / 35 / 30

Passive: Attacking a Vulnerable target will increase Quinn's attack speed for 3 seconds.

  • Bonus attack speed: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%

Passive - Tag Team: Valor has bonus attack speed.

Active: Valor reveals the surrounding area and nearby invisible units for 2 seconds.

  • Bonus attack speed: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80%


Additional Details : will not reaveal wards. It will reveal units such as Teemo, Twitch, Rengar, Vayne ect. QuinnSquare Changes to Quinn

Kog'Maw

NOTHING TO SEE HERE, JUST A PERSONAL COMMENT I was acctualy giving caustic spittle and Bio-Arcane Barrage AD stacking, but afther playing ap kog'maw vs AD kog'maw i realized that would make him way to strong.
