Fenbulwright, the Northern Winds is a custom champion in League of Legends.
Fenbulwright casts a trail wherever he walks wherever he walks for up to 1000 units behind him or 6 seconds before each patch of snow decays. Fenbulwright's spells add effects to the path that affect allied and enemy champions for 4 seconds.
Additionally, Fenbulwright gains mana regen for each champion on his path, trail effects stack.
Active: Fenbulwright blows wind in a cone, which heals himself and allies in the cone

Path effect: allies who walk on the path gain bonus health regen, while enemies take damage on the path
Active: Fenbulwright conjures up a powerful whirlwind for 5 seconds that deals damage to enemies that stay in the storm and silences them upon contact.

Path effect: Allies that walk on the path gain bonus movement speed, while enemies are slowed for the same amount.
Active: Fenbulwright guards himself with an icy shield that in creases his armor and magic resistance for 4 seconds, during this time, his next basic attack will stun an enemy, but sacrifices the guard

Path effect: Allies deal additional damage on the path while enemies deal less
Fenbulwright charges with the fury of the northern winds, dealing damage and knocking up all enemies he passes, he also creates a field of snow in his wake with the effects of his last used ability, lasting 7 seconds.
