For every 4th spell cast near Rowen, whether by an ally or an enemy, Rowen regains 10% his missing mana (2000 Range). Rowens own skills do not trigger the Flow of Magics counter.

Active - On Enemy Cast: Rowen launches an orb made of his own flow of magic onto his targeted, disrupting his enemy's natural flow and damaging them from inside.

  • magic damage: 90 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 (+0.85 AP)

Active - On Ally Cast: Rowen harmonizes his magic flow with an ally, boosting their magic power and resotring a portion of their missing mana.

On Machine Cast: Grants a unique bonus effect to the selected machine. Bonus effects increase based on the skill level of the selected machine, not of Mana Transfer.

Guardian Golem
RANGE: 800
COST: 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 / 105 mana

Active: Rowen sets up a self constructing golem. The golem will follow the targeted ally for 6 seconds, absorbing a portion of all damage dealt to them and taking it as damage to its own HP. If the 6 seconds are over or the golem has run out of HP, it will explode on the spot, dealing damage around it.

  • Absorption Rate: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60%
  • Magic Damage: 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+40% AP)
  • Golem HP: 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 500 (+0.5 AP)

Mana Transfer Bonus: Heal the golem for 30% its max HP. Additonally, for the next 2 seconds, the golem will absorb even more of the damage dealt to the selected ally. If the golem has less than 2 seconds to detonation, this bonus will last until detonation.

  • Additional Absorption: 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 / 20%
  • Total Absorption: 24 / 38 / 52 / 66 / 80%

Passive: While this skill is on cooldown, Rowens mana regeneration is increased by 2% per 1% his missing mana. The passive ends when Rowen has recovered 50% his max mana. If Rowen has more than 50% his max mana when the active effect ends, the passive effect will not be triggered..

  • Mana Reocvery: 2% per 1% missing mana

Active: Rowen encompasses his body in a sphere made by emitting his own mana. For the next 5 seconds, a portion of all damage dealt to Rowen will be dealt to his mana instead. Additionally, casting Mana Shield will release Rowen of any slowing effects and increase his movement speed by 30% for the next 3 seconds.

Booster Tower

COST: 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 / 105 mana

Active: Rowen sets up a small tower on a target location. The tower radiates invigorating magic, increasing allies attack damage and ability power while in range. Booster Tower lasts for 10 seconds.

  • Effective Range: 1100

Mana Transfer Bonus: For the next 3 seconds, the effects of Booster Tower are doubled. If the tower has less than 3 seconds to detonation, the bonus will last until detonation.

Barrage Prison

Active: Rowen imprisons all enemies in a room made of four magic pillars for 1 second. After 0.75 second, each pillar will attack a random enemy inside. Subsequent hits to the same target will deal half the damage. This skill will prioritize champions.

  • Initial Magic Damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+ 0.3 AP)
  • Subsuquent Magic Damage: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+0.15 AP)

The Pounder

Active: Rowen sets up a giant robotic hand that pounds the ground. Enemies under the hand will be stunned for 1.5 seconds and enemies near it will be slowed for 2 seconds. The hand will stay at its target location for 2 seconds.

  • Stun Area: 300
  • Slow Area: 300-500

Mana Transfer Bonus: The hand will pound its target location again, knocking up all enemies within 350 range over 1 second.
