Just like the last time I made a post like this, who is now much more powerful with Moonsilver Blade.png Moonsilver Blade? Who could be potentially broken? Who will actually be nerfed?

A few rulings:

  • Moonsilver Blade's range increases and decreases with melee champion's own range.
  • If the champion in question is ranged, then Moonsilver Blade will have the same range as Diana's attack range, meaning the cleave will be dealt directly in front of the champion instead of where the attack landed.

Crippling Strike

Crippling Strike

Active: Darius' next basic attack deals additional damage and slows the target's movement and attack speed for 2 seconds. Crippling Strike's base cooldown is reduced by 1 second for each stack of Hemorrhage on the target.

  • Total Physical Damage: 120% / 140% / 160% / 180% / 200% AD
  • Slow: 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40%


Apprehend
RANGE: 540
COST: 45 Mana
COOLDOWN: 24 / 21 / 18 / 15 / 12
Apprehend

Passive: Darius gains armor penetration.

  • Armor Penetration: 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% / 25%

Active: Darius pulls in all enemies in front of him.


Noxian Guillotine
RANGE: 460
COST: 100 Mana
COOLDOWN: 120 / 100 / 80
Noxian Guillotine

Active: Darius leaps to target enemy champion and strikes a lethal blow, dealing true damage.

  • True Damage: 160 / 250 / 340 (+ 75% Bonus AD)

For each stack of Hemorrhage on the target, Noxian Guillotine deals an additional 20% damage. When Noxian Guillotine kills the target, it can be recast within the next 12 seconds. This can occur multiple times in succession.

  • Maximum True Damage: 320 / 500 / 680 (+ 150% Bonus AD)


Comments: You're losing Hemorrhage.png Hemorrhage for Crescent Strike.png Crescent Strike, I'd say that's a really sweet deal, don't you think so? It's a pretty huge buff and opens up Iceborn Gauntlet item.png Iceborn Gauntlet and Trinity Force item.png Trinity Force options for Darius.

  • Magic damage: 40 / 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 (+ 60% AP)


Counter Strike
RANGE: 187.5
COST: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 mana
COOLDOWN: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10

Active: For up to 2 seconds, Jax dodges all basic attacks and takes 25% less damage from area of effect abilities. At the end of the duration or if Counter Strike is activated again, Jax deals physical damage and stuns nearby enemies for 1 second. This spell deals 20% additional damage for each attack dodged to a maximum of 100% increased damage.

  • Physical damage: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 50% bonus AD)
  • Maximum damage: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+ 100% bonus AD)


Grandmaster's Might
COST: 100 mana Comments: Now this is even more stupid powerful, 14% attack speed each attack that stacks 6 times? Bitch please, you get 20% attack speed from the start with an extra cleaving passive that deals some serious damage combined with Grandmaster's Might.png Grandmaster's Might.
COOLDOWN: 80

Passive: Jax deals additional magic damage on every third basic attack. The counter will reset if he does not attack for 2.5 seconds.

  • Magic damage: 100 / 160 / 220 (+ 70% AP)

Active: Jax gains bonus armor and magic resist for 8 seconds.

  • Armor bonus: 25 / 35 / 45 (+ 30% bonus AD)
  • Magic resist bonus: 25 / 35 / 45 (+ 20% AP)

Impure Shots

Passive: Miss Fortune's autoattacks deal bonus magic damage. This damage stacks up to 5 times on the same target.

Active: Miss Fortune gains attack speed for 6 seconds. While active, her autoattacks also apply Grievous Wounds.

Active: Miss Fortune rains hundreds of bullets down onto target 100-radius area. This area lasts for 2 seconds, slowing and dealing magic damage every quarter of a second to enemies within. Enemies leaving the area remain slowed for 1 second afterward.

  • Magic Damage per Half Second: 22.5 / 36.25 / 50 / 63.75 / 77.5 (+ 20% AP)
  • Total Magic Damage: 90 / 145 / 200 / 255 / 310 (+ 80% AP)

Bullet Time

Active: Miss Fortune channels for 2 seconds, spraying up to 8 waves of bullets in a cone in front of her. A wave is fired every quarter of a second and deals physical damage to all enemies within the area.

  • Physical Damage Per Wave: 65 / 95 / 125 (+ 35% bonus AD) (+ 20% AP)
  • Maximum Physical Damage: 520 / 760 / 1000 (+ 280% bonus AD) (+ 160% AP)


Comments: You lost Strut.png Strut, meaning you have no more 90 extra movement speed, but it return you get a passive that stacks 2 charges on Double Up.png Double Up if you hit two enemies, will Miss Fortune benefit from it? Maybe, as carries aren't supposed to be within range of bruisers to whack you, but with Crescent Strike you can deal some serious damage.

Cull the Meek

Active: Renekton deals physical damage to all enemies within range, gaining 5 Fury for each target hit and healing for some of the damage dealt, up to a cap. Renekton heals for 20% of the damage dealt to champions and 5% of the damage dealt to minions and monsters.

  • Physical damage: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 80% bonus AD)
  • Healing cap: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150

Fury Bonus: Cull the Meek deals 50% additional damage. The heal is doubled to 40% against champions and 10% against minions and monsters, and the healing cap is tripled.

  • Empowered healing cap: 150 / 225 / 300 / 375 / 450


Ruthless Predator

Active: Renekton’s next basic attack will hit twice, stunning his target for 0.75 seconds and dealing physical damage equal to a base amount plus a percentage of his attack damage. Each hit applies on-hit effects and grants Fury.

  • Physical damage per hit: 5 / 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 (+ 75% AD)
  • Total Physical damage: 10 / 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 (+ 150% AD)

Fury Bonus: Ruthless Predator will strike his opponent 3 times, dealing 50% additional damage and increasing the stun duration to 1.5 seconds. Each hit still applies on-hit effects, but does not grant Fury.

  • Total Empowered damage: 15 / 45 / 75 / 105 / 135 (+ 225% AD)


Slice

  • Empowered damage: 45 / 90 / 135 / 180 / 225 (+ 135% bonus AD)

Dominus
COOLDOWN: 120
Dominus

Active: Renekton empowers himself with dark energies for 15 seconds, enlarging his size and gaining bonus health. While in this state, he deals magic damage each second to enemies within 175 range and generates 5 Fury per second.

  • Health Gain: 300 / 450 / 600
  • Magic damage per second: 40 / 70 / 100 (+ 10% AP)
  • Maximum damage: 600 / 1050 / 1500 (+ 150% AP)


Comments: Reign of Anger.png Reign of Anger isn't so useful anyway compared to Moonsilver Blade. I mean, instant passive proc when Renekton uses Enraged Ruthless Predator.png Ruthless Predator? That's just stupid good.
