Een, the Tattooist

Een is a champion concept I thought of while doing nothing really. What I want to show here is the originality of the champion. That would be the ability kit. He doesn't necesarily have to have these abilities, but it would be awesome.

Een, the Tattooist is a champion concept purely fan-made for League of Legends.

Ink

Een uses Ink as a resource. He can have up to 100 Ink and it replenishes 10 over 1.5 seconds permanently.

Een's abilities use a cursed ink which will infect enemies with grievous wounds. Additionally, they take 0.5/1.0/1.5% of their maximum health as true damage over 5 seconds. This caps at 5.

Active: Een's ink covers his arms as he smashes the ground with all his might. All enemies in a short radius are blasted into the air for 1 second and recieve magic damage.

COOLDOWN:	18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14

Active: Een covers his arm in tattoos which become stone hard and then charges forward, knocking enemies to the side for 0.5 seconds dealing magic damage. If enemies are hit at the end of the charge, they will be punched with brute force, being knocked backwards for 1 second instead, and take double damage.

Blood Tattoo

Active: Sacrificing a portion of his blood, Een mixes his blood with his ink and tattoos his whole body with his master piece. After channelling for a maximum of 3.0 seconds(min. 0.5 seconds), Een jumps in the air toward a target location. As he lands, the tattoo is released and he knocks all enemies in the area airborne for half the time the ability was channeled, dealing more magic damage when fully channeled and less when channeled to the minimum.

Base Magic Damage: Min: 100 / 200 / 300 or / Max. 300 / 400 / 500 (+ 70% AP)
