Upon getting struck by either Magical or Physical Damage, Kecleon adapts to change his resistances accordingly. Upon getting hit with a magical ability, Kecleon decreases all magical damage he takes by 15% and increases all physical damage taken by 7.5%. However! Getting hit by a physical attack or ability (minion attacks don't count, Jungle Monsters do though), he adapts to reduce all physical damage taken by 15%, but doing so increases magical damage he takes by 7.5%. This effect can only occur once every 8 seconds.
COST: 50/55/60/65/70 mana
COOLDOWN: 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 / 13
Active: Kecleon goes into a maddened rage, maximizing his attack speed for a certain number of attacks. In this rage, he has slightly increased damage. This effect lasts 5 seconds, and Kecleon is silenced until he has either ran out of time, or expended all of the strikes available. After the final strike,or 5 seconds, the ability goes on cooldown.
Active: Kecleon jumps to a enemy champion dealing magic damage to the enemy champion and any nearby foes. Blinking over renders Kecleon invisible for 1 second. Any offensive action immediately breaks the stealth.
So yeah, I felt like doing another one of these Pokémon themed champs. This time, it's Kecleon! I'd like a second opinion on this jungler-type guy. :P I hoped the idea that he's meant to be built like a hybrid panned out. :P I hope you guys like these, I plan on doing more. :D
