Hong Meiling is a custom champion of League of Gensokyo.
Meiling's basic attacks deal bonus damage equal to 20% of her current energy. Consecutive hits increase the bonus damage, up to a maximum of 200 bonus damage. Each hit gives her bonus attack speed, up to 30% bonus attack speed.

Active: Meiling charges a bullet of chi and fires it towards target direction. Champions are dealt a amount of magic damage and a % of their current health as bonus damage. (Damage is capped against monsters)

Tiger Chi Release
Cost: 80 energy
Active: Meiling charges up with chi, making her next basic attack deal bonus damage equal to a % of her attack damage and apply a stun. The bonus damage also applies to "Rising Dragon". Upon applying the autoattack, Meiling regains 40 energy.

Sky Dragon Kick

Active: Meiling kicks foward, leaving behind a silhoutte-like trail. If she collides with an enemy champion, the enemy is dealt physical damage. The trail left behind slows anyone who passes it and Meiling regains 30 energy.
Passive: Meiling gains charges of Chi each time she uses a spell, a basic attack or gets hit. Each charge of chi gives her bonus Armor and Magic Resistance, up to 10 charges. Charges last 5 seconds.

Active: Meiling summons up all her chi to cast a powerful spell, depending on what spell was last cast. Additionally, all chi charges are consumed for 10 seconds.
Star Chi - Earth-moving Star Bullets
Active: Meiling channels for 0.25 seconds, firing a seven-colored Star Bullet which is 150% times bigger than it's predecessor. Upon reaching the full range or colliding with an enemy champion, it detonates, splitting into seven orbs. Each orb deals magic damage. The enemy champion hit takes magical damage. Small orbs deal half of the normal damage.

Fiery Chi - Roc-killing Fist
Active: Meiling sends out a chi filled punch, rooting the target in place. Meiling punches twice again, the last one knocking up the enemy for 1 second.

Brilliance Chi - Rainbow Brilliance Palm
Active: Meiling dashes towards her target, palm-first, applying a powerful mark filled with her chi. The initial hit deals physical damage. The mark detonates after 3 seconds, dealing magical damage.
