Kasumi Shindou is a custom champion in League of Gensokyo.
Shellfish's Tobacco Pipe
Kasumi starts each game with the Shellfish's Tobacco Pipe, an item that takes up one of her slots and cannot be sold.
Shellfish's Tobacco Pipe: Grants Kasumi 3 bonus ability power and 20 mana per level. Upon activation of this item, Kasumi's next non-ultimate ability is enhanced. This has a 10 second cooldown that isn't affected by cooldown reduction.
COST: 100 mana
Active: Kasumi creates a illusion of herself that she can freely control. The illusion mimics Kasumi's basic abilities but with 25% increased damage. If the illusion moves 1100 units away from Kasumi, it will return to her.
Illusion lasts 45 seconds and will explode at the end, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies. This ability's cooldown is not affected by cooldown reduction.
*Shellfish's Tobacco Pipe: Illusion lasts 55 seconds and explosion radius is increased to 300.

Passive: Kasumi and her clone gain increased movement speed and cooldown reduction. This is unavailable if this ability is on cooldown.
Bonus Movement Speed and Cooldown Reduction: 3% / 6% / 8% / 12% / 15%
Active: Kasumi fires a orb at the target enemy, dealing magic damage and stunning them.
Shellfish's Tobacco Pipe: Stun is increased by 0.35 seconds and the passive bonus is not lost when the ability is on cooldown.
Magic Damage: 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+ 30% AP)
Stun Duration: 1.25 / 1.35 / 1.45 / 1.55 / 1.65
Form is Emptiness' Revolving Lantern
COST: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana
Active: When activated, a red, a green and a blue small orb will spin around Kasumi. They will light up in this order: blue, green, red, blue, green... . When activated again, the selected orb will float next to Kasumi and she can activate another ability.
Kasumi forms a glowing area in a line, using a click and drag system. The area deals magic damage and deals 25% increased damage is the target is snared, stunned, blinded, silenced or feared.
Magic damage: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+40% AP)
*Shellfish's Tobacco Pipe: Will deal increased damage regardless of the target being crowd controlled or not.
Kasumi fires a green orb into target direction. The first enemy champion hit is dealt magic damage. The orb then bounces to the next nearby enemy champion, dealing 10% reduced damage.
Magic damage: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 150 (+ 40% AP)
*Shellfish's Tobacco Pipe: Damage isn't reduced. The orb now also will bounce to a third target.
After a 0.5 second delay, Kasumi will fire a red beam in a line, dealing magic damage and slowing enemies by 25% for 2 seconds.
Magic Damage: 45 / 65 / 85 / 105 / 125 (+ 40% AP)
*Shellfish's Tobacco Pipe: Slow is increased to 40% for 2.5 seconds.
Shrinker's and Giant's Viewpoint
COST: 150 mana
COOLDOWN: 110 / 95 / 80
Active: Kasumi enlarges target enemy champion, making them easier to hit and slowing them. They also take 5% increased damage. Kasumi then shrinks, making her harder to hit and much more agile. This lasts for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds or when Kasumi dies, they return to normal size.
