Remilia Scarlet is a custom champion of League of Gensokyo.

Abilities

Millenium Vampire
MonoKirisame Vampire

Upon inflicting 100 damage onto an enemy unit, Remilia will gain a stack of Millenium Vampire. Each stack brings 1 / 2 / 3 bonus health regeneration over 5 seconds, up to a maximum of 5 stacks. Inflicting said damage upon champions brings 2 stacks. If stacks reach the maximum, the next ability used is empowered, and after ability usage the stacks are consumed to heal 25 / 40 / 55 health back.

Passive: Remilia gains bonus life steal.

Active: Remilia summons a magic circle which spawns 3 bat-shaped red auras. The bats home toward nearby enemy units near them and deal physical damage. If a enemy champion is inside the Area, they are slowed and all of the bats lock onto them. Additional bats that hit the same target will deal 50% less damage. If empowered, this ability becomes Bad Lady Scramble.

Active: Remilia turns into a bat herself and dashes toward the cursor while she releases 3 magic circles on her path, which spawn bat-shaped red auras. If said enemies are monsters, Remilia will steal 50% of their resistances instead. If empowered, this ability turns into Spear the Gungnir.

When empowered, this spell becomes Miserable Fate.

  • Maximum Damage: 350 / 500 / 650 (+ 150% AD) (+ 125% AP)
  • Bonus Spell Vamp: 3% / 7% / 10%

Active: Remilia channels for 1.5 seconds, then unleashes a powerful, devilish Aura around her. Targets hit by the aura are knocked up for a short time and slowed by 50%. Enemies which remain in the Aura take magical damage over 2.5 seconds. If empowered, this causes Grievous Wounds and the slow is increased to 70%.
