Youmu Konpaku is a custom champion of League of Gensokyo.
Upon usage of an ability, Youmu gains 30 bonus movement speed, decaying over 1.5 seconds. This bonus stacks with itself.
Active: Youmu slashes the Area infront of her, dealing physical damage. This skill can be reactived 2 more times after usage within 4 seconds at no mana cost.

Active: Youmu dashes with unparrelled agility behind her target, attacking the bottom.

Active: Youmu launches her ghost half to a target location, dealing magic damage and marking enemy champions hit. Dealing any physical damage detonates the mark for true damage.

Active: Youmu dashes to a target direction. Anyone hit by the dash is immediately knocked up for 1 second and receives physical damage. Youmu can reactivate this two more times within 4 seconds. Successive hits against the same target deal 25% damage and will not knock them up.
