Hi there, this is MrSuperSpy and I'm back with another concept from my endless ocean of broken-and-overpowered-tanky-assassins-with-at-least-10-dashes-and-shields-plus-%-health-and-true-damage champion concepts. Although this concept is based off of someone in that ocean (I won't tell you who huehuehue), I believe it is fresh, and I don't think it has been done before (correct me if I'm wrong). Meet Izuna, the Life Lich - a mage capable of obliterating entire teams with her insane AoE damage (not in terms of Katarina) along with her unique mechanic to store energy and increase her ability power through her spell's damage. She could be the very first mage to use Fury as a secondary resource bar, and is definitely the first to use no resource for any of her spells. All of this may sound good, but she pays a very expensive price for it - she loses ability power if she doesn't damage enemy champions, has mediocre range, and is limited by skill shots.
Steal their Power!
Casting a spell reduces Izuna's ability power by 9 / 8 / 7% of the cast spell's damage and scaling for 7 seconds (max. 40% reduced AP). Damaging an enemy champion with the cast spell negates the reduction, and adds ability power equal to 6 / 7 / 8% of the cast spell's damage and scaling for 5 seconds instead (max. 40% increased AP).
Missing Ability Power: Izuna regenerates one-seventh of her missing ability power every second and every time she auto-attacks an enemy champion. Additional spell-casts that do not damage champions will refresh the 7-second window, but damaging an enemy champion while having reduced ability power returns her ability power back to normal.
Bonus Ability Power: Izuna loses one-fifth of her bonus ability power every second, but adds another 5% AP bonus and extends its 5-second duration by 1 every time she auto-attacks an enemy champion. Not damaging an enemy champion with a spell while having bonus ability power does not return it back to normal.
This passive is not applied to Energy Bomb's bombs.
Izuna periodically stores one sphere for use in the active part of this ability and can store a maximum of 2 at any time.
Active: Izuna sends forth a sphere which returns back to her at the end of its travel, dealing magic damage both ways. While the sphere is returning, any enemy it damages heals Izuna for a small amount.
Steal their Power! reduces/increases ability power from both damage portions.
If Izuna dies or while the sphere is travelling, it dissipates after 0.5 seconds. If she becomes untargetable, it will still function as normal, returning back to her.
COST: No Cost
Active: Izuna corrupts a target 200 units location, dealing magic damage after 0.5 seconds of cast. If it successfully deals damage, she can cast Energy Burst for the next 5 seconds.
Damage: 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 (+35% AP)
COST: No Cost
Active: Izuna causes the corrupted energy to burst, dealing magic damage and slowing all enemies by 40% for 1.5 seconds. The damage and slow increases by 20% of its base amount for every second that the corrupted energy stays active. If Energy Burst is not cast, no damage is dealt and the slow is not applied.
The cooldown of Energy Corruption begins after Energy Burst has been cast.
COST: 1 Bomb
Passive: When Izuna casts a spell, she generates 2 Fury per damaged minion or monster or 10 Fury per damaged enemy champion. At 100 Fury, Izuna stores one Energy Bomb used in the active part of this ability and consumes all of her Fury (max. 3 Energy Bombs can be held at once).
Active: Izuna plants a bomb at a target 250 units location which arms after 1 second. If it contacts an enemy or one of Izuna's spells, it deals magic damage in a 275 units radius. If it has been armed for over 10 seconds, it deals true damage instead.
Magic/True Damage: 70 / 110 / 150 (+50% AP)
Upon ranking up Energy Bomb, Izuna gains 1 Energy Bomb automatically. Energy Bombs last 1 minute and there can be a maximum of 4 at any time on the map. Auto-attacking an Energy Bomb increases its duration by 30 seconds, but the bomb must stay armed for another 10 seconds for it to deal true damage. If a bomb expires, it does not deal damage.
Energy Bomb is a ground-targeted trap, which explodes upon enemy or spell contact.
