[Innate] Choking Ash - When Eberron deals damage with an ability, she has a 33% chance to silence the target for 1 second.
[Q] Smog - Eberron turns herself into a smoke cloud for 3/3/4/4/5 seconds, taking 50/55/60/65/75% less damage, becoming immune to all forms of crowd control and dealing 150/200/250/300/350 (+20% of Ability Power) over the duration.

[W] Smoke Tendrils - Eberron launches choking smoke tendrils from her fingertips, causing the target to take 75(+100% of Ability Power) damage, and causing them to be dazed and unable to take any action for 0.8/1.1/1.4/1.7/2 seconds

[E] Glowing Embers - Ebberon scorches the ground, leaving embers for 8 seconds. If enemy champions walk on them they take 20/40/60/80/100 damage (+15% Ability Power) a second and have their movement speed slowed by 15/17/20/22/25%. Debuff lasts for 1.5 seconds after stepping off of the embers

[R] Eruption - Eberron forces incredible heat through her body, erupting like a volcano. The eruption sends Pyroclastic Flow in all directions causing any enemy champions caught in it to take 450/550/650 damage (+50% Ability Power) and become stunned for 1/1.5/2 seconds. Any further damage will break the stun prematurely.

Background Story
Long ago, the Mages of Icathia practised a rare form of magic, called Ashen Magic. This was particularly potent when stalking the jungles of Kumungu, because coupled with the natural heat, no one could withstand the choking ash and smoke they conjured.
Fast forward to today. Eberron is one of the last living descendents of the Icathian nation. She continues to practice her nations magic, as punishment for being too weak to save her parents. This led to the league seeking her out. They sent their swiftest scout, Captain Teemo to find her and return her to the league. When she arrived, she gazed in awe at the majesty of the place, and vowed that she would fight for the league in stead of her parents, and that she would continue to grow stronger so that one day, Icathia might just be rebuilt.
