Xzarghar, the Toxic Behemoth is a champion in League of Legends.
Every time Xzarghar hits a target with a basic attack the target takes true damage equal to 1.5% of the combined total of his Ability Power and Attack Damage over 6 seconds. Stacks disappear after their damage has been dealt.
(This effect can only stack twice against Monsters and Minions and 5 times against Champions)
Active: Xzarghar rends at the area in front him damaging and applying 2 stacks of Diseased Flesh to all enemies within.

Passive: Increases Xzarghar's attack range.

Active: Xharghar tunnels to target location knocking up enemies along his path and knocking up, damaging, and slowing any enemies hit when he resurfaces.

Xzarghar is untargetable while underground.
Active: Xzarghar releases a cloud of toxic skin cells at target location applying 2 stacks of Diseased Flesh and damaging all enemies in the cloud.

Upon entering the cloud Xzarghar can reactive the ability to travel to the nearest champion with the most amount of Diseased Flesh stacks and upon arriving refreshes the cooldown of Noxious Rift.
Active: Xzarghar infects the atmosphere with toxins applying 5 stacks of Diseased Flesh to all enemy champions on the map.
Viral Pandemic will start its cooldown when cast, not after Supertoxins is cast.
Active: Xzarghar selects an enemy champion with 5 stacks of Diseased Flesh and channels for 2 seconds. If the enemy champion doesn't break the tether before Xzarghar finishes channeling, the 5 Stacks of Diseased Flesh convert into one stack of Supertoxin.
Champions inflicted with Supertoxin take true damage equal to 60%/80%/100% of their maximum health over 60 seconds. During this time healing effects and abilities are 25% less effective.
Champions who attempt to Recall while taking damage from Supertoxin will not be interrupted.
Supertoxins will start its cooldown when cast, not after Viral Pandemic is cast.
