Gehenna, the Eldritch Horror is a custom champion in League of Legends.
Each of the Gehenna's abilities apply stacks of Insanity on enemies. Upon reaching 8 stacks, all stacks are consumed to apply terrify to the target for Error: Parameter '3' is not accepted. seconds. If a target is terrified there is a 5 second delay before Insanity stacks can be reapplied. Stacks lasts 10 seconds.
Toggle: Gehenna deals bonus true damage on each basic attack and heals himself for that amount. If the target is a champion, Gehenna also steals double that value of maximum health for 60 seconds. Each instance has a separate duration. Enemies who die respawn with normal maximum health. Applies a stack of Insanity on hit.

Active: Gehenna unleashes a terrifying wave of energy, applying a debuff on enemies depending on their direction. Enemies facing Gehenna deal reduced damage to him and gain 3 Insanity stacks. Enemies facing away from Gehenna take magic damage every second and are slowed.

Active: Gehenna is able to shift out of reality and reappear a short distance forward in the direction of the cursor, and gains a buff for 1.5 seconds that renders him invisible to enemies as long as no enemy champions are facing him. Invisibility is not broken by any actions. Gehenna may recast Flicker 3 more times within 8 seconds at no additional cost before it enters cooldown.
Active: Gehenna inflicts a global insanity on enemy champions for a duration. All champions they see are visually identical to Gehenna, including their levels and stats. Only health and mana levels remain differentiable. Allies are not affected by this ability. Enemies within 350 range of allied champions will also gain an Insanity stack every second.

Active: While Mass Hysteria is active, Gehenna can temporarily swap places with an allied champion after a 3 second channel time. This ability cannot be used if Gehenna has taken damage from an enemy champion in the last 5 seconds. Position swap lasts until the end of Mass Hysteria, where he will swap places with the target a second time.
