How to be a Lifesteal Tank, the Sion

So, you did already see this at my profile page, but this is my current standing for a Sion rework. As Riot doesn't want AP Sion, lets just remove him. Turn him fully into what they want him to be, a jungling lifesteal tank. Health costs and health scalings I would say fit this best, so he has to deal with his undead live.

Bone Shield
COST: 5% of current health
COOLDOWN: 8 seconds after shield expires
Death's Caress

Active: Sion surrounds himself with a shield which absorbs damage for up to 4 seconds. After 4 seconds, if the shield has not been destroyed, it will explode automatically and deal physical damage.

  • Shield Strength: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+ 40% of AP)(+ 5% of maximum health)

Toggle: While toggled on, Sion has increased attack damage at the cost of some health for each autoattack. While Enrage is active, Sion permanently increases his maximum health whenever he kills a unit with either his attacks or abilities. This effect is doubled against champions and large units.

  • Health Gained per kill: 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3


Cannibalism
COST: 10% of current health

Cannibalism

Active: For 10 seconds, Sion gains bonus lifesteal and 50% attack speed. This duration is increased by 2 second for every kill or assist Sion scores through the duration. While running towards an enemy champion, the closest enemy champion gives Sion a 20% bonus of his movement speed. Additionally, Sion's autoattacks will heal surrounding allies for a percentage of the damage dealt. The further allies are away from Sion, the less they are healed.

  • Bonus Life Steal: 30% / 50% / 70%
  • Maximum Heal to Nearby Allies: 75% of Sion's Life Steal
  • Minimum Heal to Nearby Allies: 25% of Sion's Life Steal

    Active: Sion's throws his Axe at the enemy (Skill Shot), dealing physical damage and slowing his enemy for 3 seconds by 15%. Over this duration, the target will bleed, which increases the slow over time and gives Sion health regen per 5 by 10% of enemy current health. This bonus effect only works against champions and only while in a 1000 AoE near them.

    • Projectile speed: 2000

    • Physical Damage: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 40% of AP) (+ 8% of bonus health)

Life Leech

Passive: Sion gains lifesteal after attacking for 3 seconds. This stacks up to 5 times.

  • life steal: 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 %

Active: Sion steals for 4 seconds an enemy armor, magic resistance and health (does not increase maximum HP). After that duration, all the stats are returned, including the health. Sion can't die from loosing the health. If his target dies before the end of the duration, Sion doesn't loose the health.

  • Stats stolen: 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 %

Spirit Feast

Toggle off: Sion snares the attacked target for a duration. This has a 8 seconds not reducible cooldown. The cooldown of this will be shown at the status.

  • Snare Duration: 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7 / 0.9 / 1.1

Toggle on: Sion has increased attack damage based on 2% of his maximum health at the cost of some health for each autoattack. While Enrage is active, Sion permanently increases his maximum health whenever he kills a unit with either his attacks or abilities. This effect is doubled against champions and large units.

Active: For 10 seconds, Sion gains a aura with similar stats to Undeath Regeneration without disabeling it and doubles the passive bonus of Rage. While running towards an enemy champion, the closest enemy champion gives Sion a 20% bonus of his movement speed.
