Since Riot is gonna Rework all the mages, I made a personal rework to fit Malzahar into the style I like most about him, the Voidling Commander. But now, he no longer deals physical damage with it, he deals magic damage and scales with AP. It will feature special new things like "Void Power", no mana costs or cooldowns scaling with champion level and not with ability level.
Malzahar no longer uses mana, instead, he uses a Ferocity-like System (Void Power System) where the 4. Ability activates his passive which gives him a voidling. His ultimate is only useable with full Stacks, but spawns a stronger Voidling as well.

Active:Malzahar summons two orbs at the target location perpendicular to which way he is facing after a 0.5-second delay, dealing magic damage to all enemies caught between the orbs and stunning them, doubling the duration if hitting both.
Active:Malzahar opens a gate to the Void for 4 seconds which increases with time and deals magic damage plus gives the Voidlings a poisoning on-attack effect that deals 20% of the Voidlings attack damage in magic damage over 2 seconds. The maximum area of effect increases with levels.
Active: After a 0.25 - 0.5 seconds delay (depending on distance to Malzahar), Malzahar infects every target inside the hit ground with the Voidling Poison for 3 seconds, which deals magic damage over time to enemies inside of it and grants Voidlings magic penetration against the target.
Active: Malzahar summons a lot stronger and bigger Voidling than normal that he fires out after a short delay of 0.25 seconds in a straight line. The first target hit gets suppressed by it, dealing magic damage. Afterwards, the Voidling exists like normal.
